First day (28 November 2021): Arrival to the retreat venue starting from 15:00 onwards. Group welcome dinner is scheduled for 19:00, followed by retreat introduction.
Your transfer from Dehradun airport or from Rishikesh to the retreat venue on 28 November is included in the retreat fee. Details of the transfer will be discussed individually with every participant a few days before the beginning of the retreat.
Retreat days (29 November – 11 December 2021): Full practice and meditation days.
Sunday 5 December is a free day with no official schedule. You may choose to spend this day in individual practice or visit many of the spiritual sites in Rishikesh.
Last day (12 December 2021): Conclusion of the retreat and departure after lunch. Transfer to Dehradun airport or to Rishikesh on12 December is included in your retreat fee.

Silence or mauna is practiced every day from 21:00 until lunch break of the next day.

The retreat fee includes: All teachings and practices, accommodation on a shared occupancy basis, rejuvenating vegetarian meals three times a day, unlimited filtered drinking water and tea, transfer from Dehradun or Rishikesh to the venue and back.
The course fee does not include: Flights and other transportation to India, the cost of personal supplies for each participant (e.g. yoga mat, yoga clothes, and other items – a list will be sent prior to the course start date).
This retreat is limited to only 40 participants.

It is possible, however, that various travel limitations and/or quarantine requirements related to Covid may still apply at the time the course is planned to take place. We intend to make a final decision about whether this course can go ahead a minimum of two weeks before it is scheduled to begin.
We would like to assure you that if this course needs to be postponed of cancelled due to Covid, your payment will not be lost. Your registration will automatically be transferred to the new dates or remain on your account as a credit, which you can apply to any course(s) we offer, online or on-site.
