The misconceptions stop with this extraordinary workshop, in which Somananda will shatter the walls of silence and remove the veils of ignorance, resurrecting prayer to its honorable and noble position as a magical interaction with the Divine.
In this workshop, you will learn that prayer – which is erroneously correlated only with religion – has two forms: the ascetic form and the tantric form. We will be exploring the latter.
The technology of tantric prayer will be revealed systematically and protocols and formulas will be shared for practicing the most advanced forms of prayer. Participants will begin to know prayer as a predictable and effective practice for transformation and evolution.
In addition, you will learn the tools of prayer for specific purposes in order to help yourself and others, as well as emergency prayer in critical times of sudden crisis.

The workshop provides you with all of the theoretical knowledge that redefines prayer, as well as all of the prayer protocols that will be practiced extensively and deeply in the retreat.
The retreat is the next step – designed to deepen your personal prayer practice and transform your intellectual understanding of prayer into an existential realization.
We usually schedule the workshop and retreat consecutively, one right after the other, in a convenient back-to-back format.
Joining the Art of Prayer Workshop at least once is a necessary prerequisite to join the Retreat.

Day 1: Arrival and Introduction
- The schedule for Day 1 (5 December 2024) is the following:
19:00 Group welcome dinner in Tallinn, Estonia
22:00 ConclusionAs a group we will gather together for a delicious and healthy meal at a cozy restaurant in the heart of Tallinn. This is a perfect opportunity to get to know each other before the teaching days begin.
Following dinner, you will be briefed about the course schedule and curriculum and given instructions on how to best prepare for the first teaching day.
We ask that you plan your flights accordingly so that you can attend the welcome dinner. This is an important element of cultivating the group energy. Also, please do arrive to the restaurant on time.
Location of the restaurant will be shared with registered participants a few days prior to the course start date.

Days 2-10: Studies
- Days 2 – 10 (6 – 14 December 2024): Teachings and practice of Tantra Massage for approximately eight hours daily. In terms of rhythm, more intense sessions follow more relaxed sessions, such that participants do not need to sustain their energy maximally and have intervals to revitalise.

Day 11: Conclusion and Departure
The last day we will begin later than normal. There will be no morning Yoga practice or practice massage sessions. Instead, we will perform a group tantric ritual and hold a graduation ceremony.

12:00 Certification ceremony
14:00 ConclusionPlease do not plan your flight out of Tallinn earlier than 17:00 on 15 December. This will give you an opportunity to participate in a powerful tantric ritual, conclude the course harmoniously, take photos and say proper goodbyes to your friends.

Required Level of Health
The massage practice sessions in this training are done from the floor on padded massage spaces created from the supplies you will be required to bring with you to the course (i.e. yoga mat and blankets).
It is necessary that you have a good level of physical fitness in order to join this training and be able to participate fully. You should be free from any severe or debilitating injuries that prevent you from kneeling on the floor and massaging your partner for an extended period of time.
Massage sessions can be 1-3 hours in length and the necessary stamina and mobility to sustain this level of physical activity is necessary in order to join. Please keep this in mind before applying.

Non-residential Format
This Tantra Massage Therapist Training is offered in a non-residential format. You are responsible for your own meals and accommodations.
Tallinn offers many accommodations options fitting for all budgets, from hostels to luxurious apartments, all in the heart of the city (prices starting from 500€ for course duration, less if if you choose to share AirBnB with other participants). Accommodations within walking distance to the venue are also available in abundance.
IMPORTANT!! Do not make any travel arrangements until you have received a course confirmation email from our administration team. This email will clearly state you can now make your travel arrangements.
Once the course is confirmed a dedicated Telegram group will be created for all participants. Here you can communicate with your fellow classmates, get to know each other and make joint travel or accommodation plans (such as sharing an Airbnb, for example).

Entry Into Estonia
Travel to Estonia is open to citizens from all countries without any Covid related requirements or limitations.
Regardless of your citizenship, you do not need any Covid related forms, Covid-pass, PCR or other Covid tests to enter Estonia.

We recommend that you double check, however, if any Covid travel restrictions are currently in place for departure and reentry into your own home country or country of your residence, as well as any transit countries (i.e., layovers).

FAQ
Do I have to believe in God to attend this workshop?
No. This workshop is open to anyone, regardless of beliefs and religious or spiritual affiliations. The tantric way of prayer is all-encompassing and all-embracing and is not based on dogmatic principles.
That said, the teachings will no doubt expand and deepen your current views on God, the universe, religion, and your true purpose as a human being. Joining with an open mind and heart will amplify the results for you.
