All times below are listed according to the London time zone (this is UTC +0 at the time of the course). Please calculate the correct time according to your local time zone. For New York City each course day begins at 8AM and for Los Angeles at 5AM.
This course is taught from Thursday to Sunday with same general schedule for all days (London times below):

How to participate
This course is offered live online through the Zoom platform. All necessary access codes and passwords for this online course will be sent to you in an email one or two days prior to the start of the online course.
During all teaching and practice sessions we ask you to:
- Use a webcam at all times. This creates a much better learning environment and group energy. If your webcam is not switched on during teaching sessions you will be removed from the session.
- Use a headset with a built-in microphone. This is required for better audio quality, more concentrated learning experience and privacy of the teachings.
- Be alone in the room or only with another registered course participant. No family members, friends or partners who have not registered for the course are allowed to be in the same room with you during the teaching sessions.

In an online course you will receive all the same theoretical teachings as in a physical group course.
Please note that in some cases the practical exercises of an online course will need to be modified for the online format and they may, therefore, differ from what is described on the course description page.

Every session will be taught in a live format only. There will be no recordings available at a later time or date. Be sure to be there on time for each session according to your personal time zone.
You can ask questions from our teachers verbally during designated Q&A sessions.
Do keep in mind this online retreat is offered in English only. There are no translation services available at this time.
