Online course schedule
This Tantra Yoga Level 8 online course is offered in the format of 8 classes. Each class has a duration of 3 to 4 hours and consists of theoretical and practical teachings, group Yoga practice and Q&A session.
The classes are offered once a week, Tuesdays, starting 13:00 London time (UTC+1).
In order to pass this Level and be eligible to continue with Tantra Yoga Level 9, the participant needs to be fully present in at least 6 classes out of 8 (both in the theoretical and practice sessions) and pass the Orange Sash Exam. More information on the exam will be shared during the course.

How to participate
This course is offered live online through the Zoom platform. All necessary access codes and passwords for this online course will be sent to you in an email one or two days before the online course is scheduled to start.
During all teaching and practice session you are required to:
- Use a webcam to part take in this course. If your webcam is not switched on during the sessions you will be removed from the course.
- Use a headset with a built-in microphone. If you are not using a headset during the sessions you will be removed from the course.
- Be alone in the room or only with another registered course participant. No family members, friends or partners who have not registered for the course, are allowed to be in the same room with you during the sessions.
- We recommend that you download Zoom to your computer here and test your audio and camera here.

Online course, live via ZoomThe online course will be offered through Zoom, so we could have a more interactive group experience. Note that you are required to use a webcam and a headset with a microphone in order to part take in this online course.
Every session will be taught in a live format only. There will be no recordings available at a later time or date. Be sure to be there on time for each session according to your personal time zone.
You can ask questions from our teachers verbally during designated Q&A sessions.
Do keep in mind this online retreat is offered in English only. There are no translation services available at this time.
